行业划转高校招生计划编制应处理好的几个关系

摘　　要：生源质量不仅是高校提高人才培养质量和可持续发展的重要保障,更是关乎划转高校生死存亡的生命线,科学、合理的招生计划是划转高校提高生源质量的关键环节。针对行业划转高校计划编制工作的影响因素分析,提出了行业划转高校招生计划编制应把握好的几个关系:招生规模与办学实际条件相适应、生源布局与当地经济结构相契合、专业配置与办学特色相统筹、招生管理与学生就业相衔接、专业规划与冷热程度相协调。The quality of students is not only an important guarantee to improve the quality of talent training and sustainable development of the university,but also is a matter of life and death to the transferred universities.The scientific and reasonable enrollment plan is the key point to improve the quality of enrolled students of universities.By analyzing the factors affecting the planning work of industry-transferred universities,it is put forward that several relations should be handled well when making the enrollment plan： enrollment scale and operating conditions of the university; student resources layout and local economic development; specialty setup and university operating characteristics; enrollment and employment; and,planning of popular and unpopular majors.
