摘  要:采用溶液培养法,研究0、10、100、500μmol·L-1浓度CdCl2处理对路易斯安娜鸢尾外部形态、镉积累量、叶绿素含量、光合参数以及抗氧化酶活性等各项指标的影响。结果表明:低浓度Cd2+处理对路易斯安娜鸢尾生长无明显影响,随着Cd2+胁迫强度上升,根长显著降低,叶绿素和光合速率显著下降,POD、SOD活性显著上升,CAT活性下降。此外,根内POD、SOD酶活性明显高于叶,而根内MDA含量低于叶。说明路易斯安娜鸢尾对100μmol·L-1以下Cd2+毒害具有较强的抗性和吸收、积累能力,且根是主要积累部位。To study the accumulation characteristics and stress resistance, the external morphology, Cd accumulation, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic parameters and activities of major antioxidant enzymes were investigated in Louisiana iris seedlings under 0, 10, 100 and 500μmol ·L^-1 CdC12 stress with hydroponics. The results showed that: The growth of Louisiana iris was not affected obviously under low Cd^2+. With the increasing Cd^2+ stress, root length, chlorophyll contents and photosynthesis rates decreased significantly. At the same time, POD and SOD activities increased while CAT activity declined. In addition, POD and SOD activities in roots were higher than those in leaves, while the MDA contents in roots were lower. These results indicated that Louisiana iris had strong absorption, accumulation and stress resistance abilities on Cd^2+ , and roots were the main area for accumulation.
