摘　　要：军队医学期刊作为军队科技发展交流的主要平台与窗口，在传播医学信息、跟踪国际医学前沿方面，一直发挥着不可替代的重要作用。该文对1950～2012年国内出版的87种军队医学期刊的发展现状进行了系统梳理，对上述期刊的主办单位、创刊年代、发行范围和影响力、刊期、内容类型、主办单位类别、出版地、期刊属性类别、题写刊名情况、报道重点与特色、名称变更等因素进行了分析，阐述了感悟与启示，对办好军队医学期刊具有一定的指导和促进作用。As major platforms and windows of exchange for military medical sciences,military medical journals have been playing a key role in disseminating information on medical development and keeping track of global medical research fronts. This paper offers an overview of the developments of 87 military medical journals from 1950 to 2012, involving the sponsors and their types, the year of founding, range of circulation and influence, cycles of publication, content and style, types of journals, areas of publication, inscription of names, focuses and characteristics of reports, and change of names. The afterthoughts of and implications for development of military medical journals are discussed.
