摘　　要：针对我国农村信息化服务现状和实际需求,提出了一种集电话语音、手机短信、互联网络等于一体的多媒体呼叫中心体系,并从结构设计、应诉服务机制、关键技术等方面阐述了该体系的结构和功能,为农民及农业从业者提供政策咨询、就业指导、市场信息、农业生产技术等多元化服务,帮助解决农村用户在生产、生活和农产品销售中的实际问题。According to the current situation and the actual requirement of rural informatization service in China, a system of multimedia call center had been introduced, in which voice phone, short message of mobile phone and internet were integrated. Then, the structure and functions of the system were expatiated from structure design, responding service mechanism and key techniques. The system provides diversification services for peasant and agricultural workers in policy consultation, employment guidance, market information and agricultural production technologies in order to help the rural users to solve the actual problems in production, daily life and selling agricultural products.
