摘　　要：实践教学的改革是培养应用型护理人才的关键,文章在分析我校护理专业实践教学现状的基础上,提出了实践教学的改革途径,即构建完善的实践教学模式、应用多元化教学方法、实施综合评价方法,保证了我校应用型护理人才的培养目标。The reform of practice teaching is the key to cultivating applied talents. Based on the analysis of the present situation of nursing practice teaching of our college,this paper intends to propose pathways to the reform of practice teaching,i. e. to perfect practice teaching model; to diversify teaching methods and evaluation methods,and to achieve the training objectives of applied nursing talents.
