摘　　要：针对医学微生物学的课程特点,对五年制临床医学的部分学生采用CBL教学,并比较CBL与LBL的教学效果。结果表明,CBL组学生的表达能力、自主学习能力、创新思维能力、团队协作能力明显提高,可为医学微生物学教学改革提供借鉴。According to the characteristics of medical microbiology,we adopted case-based learning（ CBL） approach. Compared with lecture-based learning（ LBL）,CBL can improve the students＇ learning interest,cooperation abilities,their thinking and discriminating abilities,and train their innovation thought. This practice can offer some new ideas about the reform of the course system in the future.
