摘　　要：依据WE6型三位四通电磁换向阀综合性能测试要求,采用被试件测试与安装单独供油的方式,设计了适用于测试9种中位机能被试件的液压原理图。针对各中位机能被试件的不同情况,规划了中位机能测试、换向性能测试、压力损失测试、内泄漏测试的详细测试流程。在此基础上,通过PLC组成的下位机和WINCC实现的上位机建立了测控系统,完成了电磁换向阀综合性能试验台的设计。经过对9种机能被试件开展的大量试验,验证了试验台设计的合理性。A hydraulic system scheme is designed to identify the WE6 solenoid directional valve, which is specified as a four-way, three-position directional valve. The measurement system and the fixation system have different oil sources respectively. According to the different functions for nine kinds of valves, the testing process of the main performance of valves is described in detail, including the function in the normal position, switching performance, pressure loss and internal leakage. In addition, a set of measurement and control system is constructed with PLC and WINCC. Finally, by a large amount of experiments, the results show that the testing system is feasible.
