摘 要:目的:深入了解护士在应用“日升模式”对有宗教信仰患者进行文化背景评估的真实经历及感受,了解护士文化评估的可行性及困难,为提供进一步的多元文化护理培训奠定基础。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对13名护士进行半结构式访谈,并用Colaizzi的现象学资料分析法进行资料分析。结果通过阅读、编码、分析、反思、分类、提炼主题及求证,得出评估者感受的4个主要概念:文化评估的作用;文化评估的技巧;文化评估的困难;文化评估的注意事项。结论应用“日升模式”进行患者文化背景评估十分必要而且可行。研究揭示应加强护士多元文化护理理论、价值观及宗教知识和多语种语言的培训力度,宜采用案例现场模拟及角色扮演等直观、实用、易学的培训方式。Objective To deeply understand the real experience and feeling of nurses in the evaluation of cultural background in the patients with religions belief through the application of sunrise model , and to understand the feasibility and difficulties in the assessment of culture in order to lay the foundation for further provide multicultural nursing training .Methods Thirteen nurses received the semi-structured interview which was from the phenomenological methods of qualitative research , and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi ’ s analysis.Results The interview data were read , coded, analyzed, reflected, classified, theme refining and verification, and four main concepts from the feeling of evaluator were summarized including the roles of the culture assessment , the skills of the culture assessment , the difficulties of culture assessment and the considerations of the culture assessment .Conclusions Application of sunrise model in cultural background assessment in patients is very necessary and feasible .The study reveals that the training of multicultural nursing theory, values, religious knowledge and multilingual language should be strengthened , and the ways of training including scene simulation and role-playing should be adopted .
