摘 要:采用改良土培法研究不同浓度水杨酸(SA)对复合防腐剂(苯甲酸钠和山梨酸钾)胁迫下玉米"豫玉23"品种出苗及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,防腐剂处理下玉米出苗延迟,幼苗矮化而纤弱,叶绿素(Chl.)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力降低,脯氨酸(Pro)及丙二醛(MDA)含量升高,说明防腐剂对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长均具有抑制和毒害作用。而外源SA则缓解了防腐剂对玉米幼苗的伤害。当SA浓度0.020g·L-1时,缓解作用随浓度升高而增强;当SA浓度>0.020g·L-1时,缓解作用降低。SA对玉米种子萌发的最佳浓度为0.005g·L-1,对玉米幼苗生长的最佳浓度为0.020g·L-1.This paper studied the effect of SA on the seeding growth of maize under compound preservatives (potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate) stress with modified soil culture, after soaking the seeds in different concentrations of SA and compound preservatives. The results showed that the treatment with preservatives delayed the seed germination, made the seeding and dwarf and slender, reduced the Chlorophyll content and the activity of POD and SOD, and increased the content of free Pro and MDA in seeding. This indicated that preservatives had inhibitory and toxic effect on maize seed germination and seeding growth, while this preservatives toxicity could be alleviated by the exogenous SA at low concentration (≤0. 020 g ·L^-1), but the resistance began to turn down when the SA concentration was over 0. 020 g ·L^-1. In summery, exogenous SA can relive the inhibitory and toxicity of preservatives on maize seedling, and. the best reliving concentrations are 0. 005 g·L^-1 and 0. 020 g ·L^-1, respectively, on maize seed germination and seeding growth.
