摘  要:以生物素含量分别为0.068、0.410、0.910、1.960、4.620和9.380 mg/kg DM的6组等氮等能的实用饲料投喂初始体重为1.03 g的凡纳滨对虾幼虾8周,以研究饲料中生物素含量对凡纳滨对虾幼虾生长性能、体成分及生化指标的影响,最终确定凡纳滨对虾幼虾对饲料中生物素的需求量。每组3个重复,每个重复40尾对虾。结果表明:凡纳滨对虾幼虾的增重率、特定生长率、饲料效率和蛋白质效率均以0.068 mg/kg DM组最低,显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),其他各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。各组凡纳滨对虾幼虾的存活率、蛋白质沉积率和体成分均无显著差异(P>0.05)。饲料中生物素含量对血清总蛋白、葡萄糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、丙二醛含量及超氧化物歧化酶活性无显著影响(P>0.05)。以0.910 mg/kg DM组的血清总抗氧化能力最高,显著高于0.068 mg/kg DM组(P<0.05),与其他组差异不显著(P>0.05)。以0.068 mg/kg DM组的血清过氧化氢酶活性最低,与0.410 mg/kg DM组差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。以4.620 mg/kg DM组的血清乙酰辅酶A羧化酶活性最高,显著高于0.068、0.410和0.910 mg/kg DM组(P<0.05)。肝胰腺生物素含量随着饲料中生物素含量的升高而显著增高(P<0.05)。以饲料效率和血清乙酰辅酶A羧化酶活性为评价指标,通过折线模型分析得出凡纳滨对虾幼虾对饲料中生物素的需求量分别为0.72和2.25 mg/kg DM。An 8-week feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary biotin content on growth performance, body composition, biochemical indices of juvenile Pacific white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei), in order to estimate the dietary biotin requirement of juvenile Pacific white shrimp. Six isonitrogenous and isocaloric practical diets were formulated with graded dietary biotin contents of 0.068, 0.410, 0.910, 1.960, 4.620 and 9.380 mg/kg DM, respectively. Each diet was fed to one group of shrimps. Each group had 3 replicates and each replicate had 40 shrimps with the average body weight of 1.03 g. The results showed that weight gain rate (WGR), specific growth rate (SGR), feed efficiency (FE) and protein efficiency ratio (PER) in 0.068 mg/kg DM group were all the lowest, and significantly lower than those in other groups (P0.05). No significant differences were observed in survival rate (SR), protein retention rate (PRR) and body composition among all groups (P〉0.05). The contents of total protein (TP), glucose (GLU), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and malondialdehyde (MDA), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in serum were not significantly affected by dietary biotin content (P〉0.05). The highest serum total anti-oxidative capacity (T-AOC) was found in 0.910 mg/kg DM group, and significantly lower than that in 0.068 mg/kg DM group, but no significant differences were observed among other groups (P〉0.05). The lowest serum catalase (CAT) activity was found in 0.068 mg/kg DM group, and significantly lower than that in other groups (P〈0.05) except for 0.410 mg/kg DM group. The highest serum acetyl CoA carboxylase (ACC) activity was found in 4.620 mg/kg DM group, and significantly higher than that in 0.680, 0.410 and 0.910 mg/kg DM groups (P〈0.05).
