摘 要:目的:研究人在主动进行肢体运动时脑电(electroencephalogram,EEG)和肢体表面肌电(surface electromyogram,sEMG)信号特征,并与其被动受迫产生相同肢体动作模式时EEG和sEMG信号特征做比较,探讨两者在激活大脑运动皮层神经和产生外周神经-肌肉活动时的不同作用特点与效应,对于了解运动传导通路的功能状态有重要的临床价值,也可为研究开发脑卒中康复治疗新技术提供科学依据。方法:本文主要设计了自主和被动屈腕动作两种实验范式并建立了一套完整的软、硬件系统(LabVIEW软件,DAQ采集卡和视觉反馈系统)进行试验。招募9名被试者(4男,5女)进行了主动和被动屈腕实验,同步采集了被试者EEG和sEMG数据。结果:被动与主动屈腕动作情况下EEG时频变化和平均EMG信号包络幅度的变化及其信号功率谱变化特征趋势大致类似;被动与主动肢体动作事件一样会诱发事件相关去同步(event related de-synchronization,ERD)现象,即证明被动动作下大脑皮层运动区与外周神经系统均能被相应激活,且能够产生联系;被动与主动屈腕时脑-肌电信号频域相干性相似,且被动情况下屈肌EMG与C3脑区EEG信号的相干性幅值比自主动作时增强。这可能是由于被迫动作时会诱发想象动作,从而能增强相应脑区神经元被激发程度。结论:本文结果可支持重复被动肢体运动康复训练的临床实践,并为相关研究提供科学依据。Objective: To study human electroencephalography (EEG) and surface electromyography ( sEMG ) during active limbs movement and compare its signal characteristics with the EEG and sEMG during passive limbs movements and discuss their different characteristics and effects in activating the brain motor cortex nerves and peripheral nerves and muscles. It has important clinical value to understand the function of motor pathway and provide a scientific basis for developing the new technology of stroke rehabilitation treatment, nethord: The main works completed by this paper are: two experimental paradigms of active and passive wrist flexions were designed and a complete set of hardware and software ( The LabVIEW software, DAQ acquisition card, and visual feedback system ) for supporting the experiments were set up. Then 9 testee (4 EEG male, 5 female ) were recruited to perform these experiments of active and passive wrist flexions and the and sEMG data of testee were collected at the same time. Result: The main investigated results show that the changes of EEG in time frequency domain and the average amplitude envelope of EMG and its power spectrum in the passive flexing wrist action were all similar to the changes of EEG and EMG in the active flexing wrist action. It also shows that like the active action, the passive body de-synchronization (ERD) movements may induce the phenomenon of event related , and it proved that the cerebral cortex motor area and the peripheral nervous system can be activated and make connections by passive action too. Forther more, it shows that the coherence properties of EEG and sEMG were similar during passive and active flexor wrist and the coherence amplitude between EMG of flexor and EEG signal at C3 channel in passive action was more stronger than that of active action.
