摘  要:以大功率内装式PMSM为执行元件的火炮方位驱动系统为研究对象,提出了一种采用交轴电流iq反馈求解转矩电流高次方程的方法,合理简化了高次方程,实现了最大转矩电流比控制。仿真结果表明该方法可有效提高驱动系统的动态性能,具有计算精度高、算法简单、易于工程实现等特点,满足了火炮驱动系统响应快、抗过载、调速范围宽、输出功率大、转速高等指标要求。Based on large power interior permanent magnet synchronous motor( IPMSM) of gun drive system,an approach based on the iqfeedback was proposed to solve the higher degree torque-current equation which could effectivly simplify the torque-current equation and the MTPA control was achieved. The simulation results indicate the dynamic performance of drive system was improved effectivly by using iqfeedback methed,which had feature of high caculation accuracy,and the proposed algorithem has the merit of simplicity and engineering practicability. The requirements of gun drive system such as fast respond,anti-overload,wide speed regulation range,lager output power,high rotation rate were satisified by using this method.
