摘 要:采用高性能的32bit浮点型处理器TMS320F28335,运用模块化设计思路,设计了混合动力车用永磁同步电机控制的硬件和软件平台。其中硬件模块包括:IGBT驱动模块,预充电路,过流保护逻辑模块,控制板模块。软件部分按照AutoSAR分层设计方法进行设计,分为MCU抽象层、ECU抽象层、应用层和复杂设备驱动层,并采用了实时操作系统对任务进行有效地调度。用该控制器对一混合动力汽车75 kW内置式永磁同步电机进行了匹配,并对相电流和扭矩响应性进行了测试,实验结果表明,该控制器取得了令人满意的控制效果。A PMWM drive system for HEV application based on TMS320F28335 was introduced. The hardware and fundamental software of the drive system were set up by adopting schemes of modularization. The hardware includes of IGBT drive module,pre-charge module,over-current protection module and controller board. The software was designed according to AutoSAR architecture and was made up of MCU layer,ECU layer,application layer and flexible driver layer. To make task scheduling more efficiency,a real-time operating system was used. A 75 kW IPMSM was matched with this drive system. Phase current and torque response were tested and the results proved that this drive system can get a good performance.
