试论澜沧江流域(兰坪)生态现状及对策

摘　　要：兰坪地处世界自然遗产"三江并流"区腹地,多年来,兰坪县始终坚持把生态修复与建设放在全县经济社会发展的突出位置,在新的历史起点上,兰坪林业全面实施以生态建设为主的林业发展战略,以推动林业科学发展为主题,以加快转变林业发展方式为主线,以确保如期实现"双增"目标为核心,以兴林富民为宗旨,坚持依靠人民群众,坚持依靠科学技术,坚持依靠深化改革,加大生态建设保护力度,加强森林抚育经营,加快繁荣生态文化,特别是要重点建设生态屏障,为维护生态安全和改善民生而不懈努力。Lanping is located in the hinterland area of ＂ Three Parallel Rivers＂ which is the World Natural Heritage.Over the years,Lanping County has always attached much importance to the ecological restoration among the county’s economic and social development.In the new historical starting point,Lanping fully implements a forestry development strategy which concentrates on the ecological restoration.The implementation of the strategy will stick to the theme of promoting scientific development of forestry industry,to the principle line of speeding up the transition of forestry industry development ways,to the core of making sure of the realization of Double Growth,to the purpose of developing forestry industry and enriching people.The implementation of the strategy needs to depend on the masses of people science and technology and depth reform,and also need to intensify the protection of ecological construction,strengthen forest tending management,accelerate the prosperity of the ecological culture,especially to mainly construct ecological barrier,which are all the unremitting efforts to maintain ecological safety and improve people’s livelihood.
