摘　　要：为了探寻RR公司在民用航空发动机领域中的技术和产品发展思路,对该公司3转子民用发动机产品的发展历程和市场情况以及发展的外部条件进行了简要回顾分析。介绍了RR公司3转子发动机的总体布局方案,并通过对波音787客机所使用的典型3转子发动机与双转子发动机的对比,分析了3转子布局技术特点。归纳总结出RR公司3转子民用发动机的技术发展思路的特点:大胆尝试、紧扣市场、低压部件与核心机协调发展和应用缩放技术。To seek the product and technique route in civil aeroengine field of RR company,the development process,market situation and external condition of RR company tri-rotor civil engine were reviewed.The tri-rotor civil engine arrangement were introduced.The technology characteristics of RR tri-rotor civil engine were analyzed by comparing the tri-rotor civil engine of B787 with twin-shaft engine.The characteristics of technology development ideas of RR company tri-rotor civil engine are summarized,which are outdare attempt,closing to market,coordinated development of low pressure component and core engine and scaling technology application.
