高职“双三元”协同创新的内容与对策

摘　　要："双三元"是德国"双元制"职业教育在中国的新发展。本文从规划、课程、教学、师资、学生五个层面及价值论、本体论、方法论三个维度,对"双三元"协同创新的主要内容进行分析,在此基础上提出"双三元"协同创新的实施办法:加强政府主导、行业引领、促进校企深度融合并建立相应的多元利益机制。The concept of ＂Double Ternary＂ is a new development of German dual-systemic vocational education in China. This paper analyzes the major contents of ＂Double Ternary＂ collaborative innovation from the five aspects of planning, curriculum, teaching, teachers and students, and three dimensions of axiology, ontology and methodology. Based upon the analysis, the author puts forward the implementing measures for the ＂Double Ternary＂ collaborative innovation, which strengthens the impact of government-dominating and industry-leading, promotes the integration of schools and enterprises and establishes corresponding mechanisms of mutual benefits.
