摘 要:对铁道车辆液气缓冲器结构进行了分析,设计了一种新型液气缓冲器,并建立了详细的动力学模型;利用数值模拟方法计算了液气缓冲器在不同压缩速率下的静态特性曲线和不同冲击速度下的动态特性曲线。仿真结果表明:新型液气缓冲器在冲击速度为5 m/s时,最大阻抗力为1 836.3 kN,缓冲容量为221.89 kJ,新型液气缓冲器可以提高调车冲击速度,降低列车运行中的纵向冲击和振动,满足列车提速的需要。The hydro-pneumatic buffer structure of railway vehicle was analyzed,a new type of hydro-pneumatic buffer was de-signed,and the detailed dynamics mode was established.The static characteristic curve of hydro-pneumatic buffer under different com-pression rate and dynamic characteristic curve under different impact speed through using the numerical simulation method were calcu-lated.The simulation results show that the biggest impedance force is 1 836.3 kN and buffer capacity reached 221.89 kJ when impact velocity of the new hydro-pneumatic buffer is 5 m/s.New hydro-pneumatic buffer can improve the impact speed of manipulating vehi-cle,reduce the longitudinal impact and vibration in the train running and satisfy the needs of speed lifting of the trains.
