摘 要:目的了解实施医疗联合体后基层医务人员的工作现状及满意度,为进一步完善实施方案,确保社区与农村卫生事业健康发展提供建议性措施。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对医疗联合体内基层医疗机构的全体医务人员进行工作满意度的问卷调查。结果问卷调查显示基层员工总体满意度较高,但在薪酬福利与工作条件方面满意度较低;Logistic逐步回归结果显示工作岗位与薪酬福利是影响员工满意度的主要因素。结论管理者应重视影响员工满意度的因素,并采取相应的整改措施,不断提高员工满意度,进一步深化和完善医疗联合体改革。Objective: To understand the employee's current work and satisfaction of primary health care institutions after the implementation of the medical association, to provide proposed measures for improving the implementation of programs further and ensuring the healthy development of community and rural health service. Methods: Questionnaire were recruited to survey the work satisfaction of all the staff who work in primary health care institutions by using the method of cluster sampling. Results:The survey showed that the overall satisfaction of grass - roots staff was relatively high, but the satisfaction of both working conditions and compensation and benefits was relatively low; The restilts of Logistic regression showed that the working conditions and compensation and benefits were the main factors influencing the employee satisfaction. Conclusions: Managers should pay attention to the factors influencing employee satisfaction, and take the appropriate corrective measures to improve the employee satisfaction and to deepen and perfect the reform of medical association.
