摘　　要：通过对国外常用的评价量表进行梳理,把当前常用的量表分为两大类:过程质量评价和结果质量评价量表,对两大类量表又进行了细化分类,并介绍了几种常用量表:医生沟通行为评价量表;沟通移情性评价量表;患者参与决策评价量表;心理状态改变评价量表;需求满足量表;患者决策评价量表。希望这些量表的设计方法、使用方法、量表内容所反映出的理念能对我国医患沟通的研究起到一定的借鉴和参考作用,进而设计出适合我国国情的医患沟通质量评价量表。This paper summarized foreign commonly used evaluation questionnaire and the common scale can be divided into two categories ： process evaluation and result evaluation scale, for two kinds of scale and has carried on the detailed classification, and introduces several common scale： doctor communication behavior evaluation questionnaire; communication empathising evaluation questionnaire; participate in the decision - making assessment scale; mental state change evaluation scale; meet the demand scale; patients with decision -making evaluation questionnaire. Hope that the design method, using the method of questionnaire, questionnaire content can reflect the concept of the study of doctor - patient communication in our country play a certain reference function, and then design a suitable for China＇s national conditions of doctor - patient communication quality assessment scale.
