摘　　要：目的:检测非糜烂性反流病(non-erosive reflux disase,NERD)患者血清中P物质(substance P,SP)及降钙素基因相关肽(calcitonin gene-related peptide,CGRP)的表达,并探讨其临床意义。方法:对25例NERD患者和16例健康人进行GerdQ评分,同时酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定NERD患者组及健康对照组血清SP、CGRP的含量,分别比较NERD患者组、健康对照组上述因子表达水平,并对NERD患者血清SP、CGRP表达水平与GerdQ评分进行相关分析。结果:NERD患者血清SP、CGRP表达水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);且SP、CGRP表达与GerdQ评分呈正相关。结论:NERD患者血清SP、CGRP表达明显增加,与反流症状严重程度呈正相关,SP、CGRP可能共同参与NERD病理过程,是NERD内脏高敏的重要发病机制。Objective： To examine the level of serum substance P（ SP） and calcitonin gene-related peptide（ CGRP） in patient with non-erosive reflux disease（ NERD） and their clinical significance. Methods： Twenty-five NERD patients and 16 healthy volunteers underwent Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Questionnaire（ GerdQ）,and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA） was used to detect the serum levels of SP and CGRP in the both groups,who were further examined and analyzed concerning the expression levels of the previous genes. Results： The serum levels of SP and CGRP in NERD patients were significantly higher than those of the healthy group（ P 〈0. 05）,and correlation analysis showed that GerdQ scores were positively correlated with the serum levels of SP and CGRP in the NERD patients. Conclusion： Increased levels of SP and CGRP were observed in NERD patients,and the expression was positively related to the severity of reflux. The findings suggest that SP and CGRP may be important role in the pathological process and critical mechanisms for visceral hypersensitivity of NERD.
