摘 要:本研究以PET编织管为内支撑层,以PVDF为膜基材、PVA为亲水化改性剂,利用涂覆-浸没凝胶相转化法制备得到具有高强度的PVDF-PET编织管改性复合膜,考察编织管的参数及PVA浓度对改性复合膜性能的影响,并以城市二级出水为过滤对象分析了改性复合膜的相关性能.结果显示:随PET编织管外径增大或编织目数减少,复合膜纯水通量、平均孔径都有显著的提高,而孔隙率却降低,当编织管外径为2.1mm,目数为45(约325μm)时,复合膜的纯水通量达1 516L/(m2·h),孔隙率高达61.6%.随着PVA浓度的增加,膜纯水通量上升,孔隙率、平均孔径增大,复合膜表面从大量致密的微孔逐渐变为大孔、多孔,孔间连通度增大,在PVA浓度为4%时,膜表面孔分布更为均匀、密集,膜通量、孔隙率、平均孔径的数据整体最优;且复合膜对浊度具有很好的去除效果.PVDF-PET woven tubal hollow fiber composite membrane were prepared using PET woven tubal for support layer,PVDF for film base material and PVA for hydrophilization modifiers in this study.The effects of the parameters of woven tube,PVA concentration in casting solution on membrane performance and the relevant properties on filter municipal secondary effluent were investigated.The test results showed that when outside diameters(OD)of the PET woven tubal increased or the mesh decreased,the water flux and average pore diameter of composite membrane increased dramatically,while the porosity decreased.When OD was 2.1 mm and mesh was 45(-325 μm),the water flux was 1 516 L/(m2 · h),the porosity attained 61.6%.And with the increase of PVA concentration,the water flux,average pore diameter and the porosity of composite membrane increased,meanwhile the holes in the surface of composite membrane changed from tiny to large.When PVA concentration was 4%,the composite membrane showed the best performance.
