摘 要:社会工作作为解决社会矛盾的重要力量,在社会建设过程中承担着预防器,减震器,动力源和助推器等作用。当前我国社会工作教育面临着基础不牢,本土应用性弱,师资滞后等问题。这些问题严重影响了中国社会工作专业人才培养的质量和能力。因此,为了适应社会工作人才培养的需要,必须在理念先行,政策跟进,大众趋向和需要为本的原则下对以行政性、非专业的社会工作者为主体的社会工作者开展职业化教育。通过构建符合中国国情的社会工作职业教育政策支持体系和校地合作机制,以社会工作远程教育系统为平台,加快培育专门职业教育机构来推进社会工作者的职业教育。By literature research method, this article first analyzes four kinds of functional roles of social work in social development, and points out that it has become the backbone of improving people's livelihood, social services and social management innovation in social construction. However, analysis of the current situation shows that due to the transition of economic system and social welfare system, as well as the enrollment policies of colleges and universities, current occupational education of social work in China is defective in terms of foundation, local application and teaching staff, which block the growth and quality of social work personnel training in China. To solve this problem, this article suggests that occupational education should aim at unprofessional social workers, who fill the position by administrative order, under the principles of concept priority, policy support, mass orientation and needs analysis. It also proposes that a policy-making system in favor of occupational education of social work should be built, cooperative mechanism between colleges and local governments should be encouraged, distance learning platform for social work education should be developed, and development of institutions focusing on occupational education of social work should be accelerated.
