摘  要:用Isobologram分析和清除·DPPH法相结合的方法研究拳参黄酮与VC、芦丁的协同抗氧化作用。结果表明:VC、芦丁和拳参黄酮清除·DPPH能力大小为:VC>拳参黄酮>芦丁;由Isobologram分析得到复配后的效应点均在95%置信区和相加线的左侧,理论IC50add与实验IC50mix有显著差异,相互作用指数γ均小于1;拳参黄酮与VC或芦丁复配均可以增强抗氧化作用效果,比任一单独作用效果更好。The synergistic antioxidant activities of flavonoids from Polygonum bistorta L. combined with VC or rutin,were investigated by evaluating their ability to scavenge · DPPH with Isobologram analysis. The capacity of scavenging · DPPH was as follows.VC〉flavonoids from Polygonum bistorta L. 〉rutin. And Isobologram analysis demonstrated the response factor of flavonoids from Polygonum bistorta L. combined with VC or rutin were both located in the left of the addition line and 95% confidence interval. There was a significant difference between theoretical IC50add value and experimental IC50mix value, for which the interaction index(γ) was less than 1. The results showed flavonoids from Polygonum bistorta L. combined with VC or rutin exhibited stronger antioxidant activity than that of the single one.
