摘 要:为解决辅助逆变器控制机箱PWM参数复杂、难以测量的情况,介绍了一种基于PXI硬件环境和LabVIEW软件环境的PWM波参数测试方法。利用该方法能准确测量到PWM的脉冲幅值、基波频率、载波频率、占空比、总谐波畸变等重要参数,还能计算出PWM波的基波分量到49次谐波分量。通过对无锡地铁辅助逆变器控制机箱的PWM波的测试试验表明,该方法能为优化控制机箱的PWM波算法提供详实的数据参考。A method of PWM parameters measurement based on PXI hardware and LabVIEW software is introduced,in order to solve the problem that auxiliary inverter control enclosure's PWM parameters are complex and difficult to test. By this way, many important parameters of PWM, such as pulse amplitude, fundamental frequency, carrier frequency, duty rate and total harmonic distortion, can be accurately obtained. Another benefit of this method is that the harmonic content up to 49th can be figured out. This technology has been applied in auxiliary inverter control enclosure's PWM parameters measurement system for Wuxi Metro, and the abundant test data contribute to improving control algorithm of PWM.
