摘  要:"三三三制"是基于国内外专业办学现状研究,以社会需求调查为核心、以就业为导向的人才培养方案制定原则,它体现了高等教育面向社会和高校人才培养、服务社会的基本宗旨。厦门理工学院测绘工程专业遵循"三三三制"原则,在吸收了国内外高校办学经验的基础上,进行了广泛的市场调研与人才需求分析,并经专家的评审论证与多次修订,构建了该专业的人才培养体系。"333" system is the principle for developing personnel training programs based on research of domestic and international professional educational status, investigation of social needs and employment. It embodies the basic purpose that the higher education serves for the community and personnel training in universities. Surveying and Mapping Engineering specialty of Xiamen university of technology followed the principle of the "333" system, conducted extensive market research and personnel needs analysis on the basis of absorbing domestic and international experience in higher education. And then, a reasonable personnel training system had been built after the assessment and demonstration of experts and many-time amending.
