Bcl-2和Bax在子宫内膜癌细胞中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究Bcl-2和Bax蛋白在子宫内膜癌细胞中的表达及意义。方法选择子宫内膜癌患者G1(Ⅰ级)29例,G2(Ⅱ级)23例,G3(Ⅲ级)18例。对照组为正常内膜组织标本。结果Ⅲ级子宫内膜癌细胞Bcl-2的阳性率和OD值均高于对照组和Ⅰ级(P<0.05);Bax蛋白的阳性率和OD值低于对照组和Ⅰ级(P<0.05)。Ⅱ级子宫内膜癌细胞Bcl-2的阳性率和OD值均高于对照组(P<0.05);Bax蛋白的阳性率和OD值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后子宫内膜癌细胞Bcl-2蛋白的阳性率和OD值均低于治疗前(P<0.05);Bax蛋白的阳性率和OD值均高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论 Bcl-2和Bax在一定程度上反映了肿瘤的分化程度。Objective To study the expression and significance of Bcl- 2 and Bax proteins in endometrial carcinoma cells. Methods Seventy patients with endometrial carcinoma were enrolled in this study, including 29 cases of G1 （grade I）, 23 cases of G2 （grade II） and 18 cases of G3 （grade III）. And 20 normal endometrium tissue specimens were considered as the control group. Results The positive rate of Bcl - 2 protein expression and OD value were both higher in grade III group than in the control group and grade I group （P〈0.05）, while the positive rate of Bax protein expression and OD value of grade III group were both lower than those of the control group and grade I group （P 〈 0.05）. The positive rate of Bcl - 2 protein expression and OD value of grade II group were both higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）, while the positive rate of Bax protein expression and OD value of grade II group were both lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The positive rate of Bcl - 2 protein expression and OD value in endometrial carcinoma cells in post- treatment were both lower than those in pre- treat- ment （ P 〈 0.05）, while the positive rate of Bax protein expression and OD value in endornetrial carcinoma cells in post - treat- ment were both higher than those in pre- treatment （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions Bcl- 2 and Bax proteins may reflect the dif- ferentiation degree of endometrial carcinoma in a certain extent.
