乌灵胶囊联合黛力新治疗脑卒中后抑郁障碍临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨乌灵胶囊联合黛力新治疗脑卒中后抑郁障碍的临床疗效。方法选取脑卒中后抑郁患者150例,分为乌灵组、黛力新组、联合组,分别予以乌灵胶囊、黛力新、乌灵胶囊联合黛力新治疗,评价治疗效果。结果治疗1月后,三组患者HAMD、NIHSS、BI指数评分均有改善,P<0.05;治疗2月后,联合组评分改善效果显著优于乌灵组、黛力新组,且P<0.01。联合组总体有效率(94.00%)高于乌灵组(86.00%)和黛力新组(84.00%),且P<0.05。结论采用乌灵胶囊联合黛力新治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者,可显著改善患者抑郁程度、降低神经功能损伤,提高认知能力,治疗有效性均高于单一药物。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of depression after Waling Capsule Danita treatment of stroke. Methods 150 cases of depression after stroke patients, divided into Waling Group, Dean it combination groups, respectively, to be Waling Capsule, Dean it, Waling Capsule Dean it treatment, evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results After treatment in January, three groups of patients HAMD, NIHSS, BI index scores were improved, P 〈 0. 05 ; 2 months after treatment, the effect of the combination group was significantly better than the score improvement of Waling Group, Dean it group, and P 〈0. 01. The overall efficiency of the combined group （94.00%） higher than the Waling Group （86.00%） and Dean it group （84.00%）, and P 〈 0. 05. Conclusions Patients with depression after Waling Capsule Dean it treatment of stroke, can significantly improve the degree of depression, reduce neurological damage and improve cognitive ability, are higher than single drug treatment effectiveness.
