摘　　要：根据氧气压缩机与气化炉之间输送氧气管线的操作条件,确定装置的撞击区的材料选择非铁基材料N06600合金钢管,其它区域选择304奥氏体不锈钢管。同时探讨了氧气管线焊接施工后的脱脂处理的工艺方法。Based on the operation condition of oxygen transferring pipeline between the oxygen compressor and the gasifier,it was determined to use the non-iron-based N06600 alloy steel pipes as the material in impact areas of the plant and use 304 austenitic stainless steel pipes in other areas. This paper also discussed the feasibility of the method for degreasing treatment after oxygen pipeline welding procedure.
