摘　　要：我国的城市化进程中面临自然灾害、事故灾难、公共卫生和社会安全等不和谐的问题,各种突发公共事件随时随地都可能爆发。以城市社区应急管理为研究对象,借鉴国内外理论和实践经验,为我国城市社区应急管理建设提出建议。Facing natural disasters,accidents,public health and social security is not harmonious city problems in our country,all kinds of emergent public events possibly could erupt whenever and wherever. The city community emergency management as the research object,from the theory and practice experience in domestic,put forward the proposal for the emergency management of citycommunity construction in china.
