大学生志愿者活动的现状与对策——基于芜湖职业技术学院的调查

摘　　要：通过问卷调查和个案访谈的方法,对芜湖职业技术学院大学生志愿者活动的类型、动因、存在的问题等方面进行调查和分析,发现大学生志愿者活动存在志愿者主动性不强、活动的质量和层次不高、志愿者培训缺失等问题,并从完善组织建设和创建协会品牌等方面提出了提升大学生志愿者活动实效性的对策。Based on questionnaire surveys and case interviews,this paper studies college students＇vol-unteer service activities including the types,motivation and existing problems.Lack of initiative on the students＇part,low quality and level of the activities and absence of volunteer training are among the maj or problems.To enhance the effectiveness of college students＇volunteer service,colleges and universities must do better work in organizational construction and brand building of the volunteer as-sociation.
