上颌骨缺损的赝复体修复治疗

摘　　要：目的:探讨上颌骨缺损后采用赝复体行临床修复的体会。方法:因上颌骨肿瘤术后导致的颌骨缺损患者19例,根据患者缺损类型、范围及剩余组织情况进行塑胶或纯钛铸造支架式中空型或实体型赝复体修复。结果:16例患者赝复体固位性、稳定性及密封性良好,戴用赝复体后咀嚼、吞咽、吮吸、发音等功能及颜面外形明显改善。3例患者赝复体固位、稳定、密封性欠佳。结论:颌骨缺损患者的赝复体修复是困难的,应充分重视剩余组织的利用,尽早行永久性修复。Objective：The study summarizes prostheses treatment for patients with maxillary defects.Methods：There were 19cases with maxillary defects as a result of maxillary tumor.On the basis of defect＇s categories,extent and remaining tissues,we designed the prostheses,including plastic cement or pure titanium casting frame,medium altitude or entity.Results：The effects of prostheses in 16patients were favorable,it had a good retention,stability,air-tightness and obviously improved the functions of mastication,deglutition,suck,pronunciation,facial contour.But the effects of the other three prostheses were below the mark.Conclusion：It is difficult that prostheses treat for patients with maxillary defects,utilization of remaining tissues and permanent restoration as early as possible are worthy of our reconstruction.
