高血压性脑出血患者综合护理干预效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压性脑出血(HICH)患者实施综合护理干预的效果。方法将130例HICH患者随机分对照组和干预组,各65例,对照组均给予常规护理,而干预组在常规护理的基础上给予综合护理干预;采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表、Barthel指数法、生活质量量表(SF-36)等对干预效果进行评价。结果干预组干预后的SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01);干预组干预后的Fugl-Meyer、Barthel指数评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01);干预组的生活质量良好率高达72.31%,明显高于对照组的44.62%(P<0.01);干预组的血压控制稳定率高达84.62%,明显高于对照组的58.46%(P<0.01)。结论 HICH患者实施综合护理干预后,可降低焦虑和抑郁情绪,改善肢体运动功能和日常生活功能,稳定血压及提高患者生活质量。[Objective]To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage（HICH）.[Methods]130 HICH patients were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group,65 cases in each group.The control group was given the normal nursing care,and the intervention group received the comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the normal nursing care.The intervention effect was evaluated with the Self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）,the Self-rating depression scale（SDS）,the Fugl-Meyer motor assessment scale,the Barthel index method and the short form 36questionnaire（SF-36）.[Results]After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P 0.01）.The scores of Fugl-Meyer and Barthel index in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P 〈 0.01）.The rate of good life quality in the intervention group reached 72.31%,which was higher than that in control group（44.62%） significantly（P 〈0.01）.The blood pressure control rate in the intervention group was 84.62%,which was higher than that in control group（58.46%） significantly（P 〈 0.01）.[Conclusion]The comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the anxiety and depressed emotion in HICH patients,improve extremity motor function and daily life function,control blood pressure,and enhance the quality of life.
