摘　　要：总结朱南孙教授运用加味没竭汤治疗膜样痛经的经验。朱老认为膜样痛经的基本病机是气滞血瘀,冲任淤阻,以活血化瘀,疏利冲任为大法,运用加味没竭汤治疗本病取得显著疗效。This article introduces professor ZHU Nansun＇s experience in the treatment of membranous dysmenorrhea with Jiawei Mojie Decoction. She believes that the basic pathogenesis of membranous dysmenorrhea is stasis of Qi and blood,obstruction of Chong and Ren. The treatment should focus on promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis,and regulating Chong and Ren. It has a better clinical efficacy in the treatment of membranous dysmenorrhea based on Jiawei Mojie Decoction.
