基于《伤寒论》中石膏配伍特征探讨张仲景用药特色

摘　　要：通过探究《伤寒论》中石膏的配伍特征的,我们发现石膏并非仅仅简单用于清热,在与不同药配伍取用不同计量时则其产生的作用不同。有上病下取,清补兼施,同类相求,升降脾胃,寒热相制的不同配伍特征。张仲景用药独开中药一药多用之先河,为我们后人树立了典范,我们应该加以探索继承祖先宝贵的用药经验。仲景用药并不局限于其单味药的功效,而是针对不同的症状采取不同的配伍,即便是相同的配伍在用量不同时则所产生的作用也不同。通过学习仲景这种宝贵的思想,并在其配伍思想规律的指导下才能更好的指导我们临床用药以提高临床疗效。Through studying the compatibility characteristics of gypsum in Treatise on Febrile Disease,we found that gypsum is not only simple to clear heat. It has different effects with different drug compatibilities. ZHANG zhongjing＇ s medication is a medicine multi-purpose and has set a model for our descendants. We should try to explore inherit ancestors valuable experience.Zhongjing＇s medicine was not only confined to the single drug efficacy,but also took different compatibilities for different symptoms. We should study Zhongjing＇s precious thoughts. It can guide our clinical medicine to improve clinical curative effect through learning the compatibility of thought.
