摘　　要：康有为是近代著名的政治活动家和思想家,其所纂《日本变政考》在戊戌变法中发挥了重要作用。康有为在编纂《日本变政考》之前已经对日本明治维新有了相当的了解,然后完成初稿呈交光绪帝,后又加以按语形成定稿。《日本变政考》是康有为为实现其变法主张而编纂的编年体日本明治维新史,体现了他的历史进化观和史学为政治服务的经世致用史学思想。Kang Youwei is a famous modern political activist and thinker,and Political Changes of Japan compiled by him played an important role in the Reform Movement.Before the compilation,Kang Youwei had a considerable understanding of the Meiji Restoration in Japan.After he completed the first draft,he submitted it to Emperor Guangxu,and added notes to the final version.Political Changes of Japan is a chronological history of the Meiji Restoration in Japan.The book is a reflection of Kang Youwei′s idea of political reform,his historical view of evolution,and his practical statecraft idea that historiography serves politics.
