摘　　要：大学生村官是选聘到农村基层任职的优秀高校毕业生;"一村一名大学生计划"是提升农村基层干部的学历层次和文化素养,为农村培养留得住、用得上的人才的农村远程高等教育项目。大学生村官参与"一村一名大学生计划"教学过程,外来大学生村官和本土村官大学生相互助力、"肩并肩、双学促发展",对提升"一村一"教学质量和教学支持服务体系,构建适合山西农村远程教育模式具有深远的现实意义。College student village officials are the college graduates who will be chosen to work as village officers.＂One village,one college student program＂is the rural distance higher education program promoted by the Ministry of Education to foster college student village officials and practical talents e who will be retained and used for the villag. College student village officials＇ being involved in ＂one village,one college student program＂teaching process and the outside college student village officials and native village official college students＇ helping each other,＂working side by side to promote development＂are of far-reaching practical significance to the promotion of＂one village,one college student program＂teaching quality and teaching support service system,and the construction of the distance education pattern to suit the Shanxi villages.
