摘　　要：随着计算机和多媒体技术的迅速发展,微格教学软、硬件环境也逐渐趋向数字化、信息化和智能化,这要求教师能用新的教学方法进一步优化微格训练。文章分析传统微格教学的不足,从绩效技术角度提出微格教学模式,对抽样学生进行教学绩效和差距原因分析,在此基础上设计了微格教学策略、训练方法、评价方法及数字化平台使用的各项干预措施方案,并对绩效导向的微格教学的开展进行了详细的阐述,最后讨论了微格教学绩效的定性评价和定量评价。With the rapid development of computer and multimedia technology, the environment of soft and hardware in microteaching has become digital, informational and intelligent, it requires teachers to further optimize the microteaching training with new teaching methods. The article analyzed deficiency of traditional microteaching, put forward microteaching model from the point of performance technology, analyzed teaching performance and causes of gap about the sample students, on this basis, designed the microteaching strategies, training methods, and evaluation methods and the intervention measures of using digital platform, and has made the detailed elaboration on carrying out microteaching base on performance, discussed the qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation of the microteaching performance finally.
