摘　　要：创新人才培养模式和评价体系的研究对于高校工科专业人才培养具有重要意义.以韶关学院自动化专业为例,提出了适应现代企业对该专业技术人员素质要求的人才培养模式,通过设置模块式专业课程,对地方高校工科专业构建人才培养的模式及评价机制等方面进行了积极的探索.It＇s important to study on the mode and evaluation system and the cultivation of innovative talents for the engineering professional talent training. Taking Shaoguan university automation specialty as an example, the paper presents the talent training mode of requirements of the specialized technical personnel quality for modern enterprise. By setting the modular curriculum, it has explored the cultivation mode and evaluation of innovative talents for engineering major in local colleges and universities.
