摘  要:基于国内外旅游研究基础,文章以湖南张家界为例,采用李克特量表法对问卷调查的结果进行统计分析,在对旅游地居民感知度、满意度分析基础上,建立结构方程模型,剖析旅游地居民感知度与满意度及其对旅游态度的影响机制。研究结果表明:旅游地居民的旅游感知度对其在旅游经济效益方面的态度影响显著;居民的旅游满意度对旅游文化设施建设方面的态度具有显著影响;而感知度和满意度对其旅游发展和游客满意度的态度影响甚微。因此,当地旅游局应该充分考虑旅游地居民诉求,对旅游经济收益合理分配,提高居民满意度,创造有当地特色的旅游文化,加大力度建设旅游设施;同时提高居民对旅游产业未来发展和游客满意度的重视度。Taking Zhangiiajie as an example and with Likert scale method, this paper established a SEM to study influencing mechanism of destination residents' perception and satisfaction on economic attitude towards tourism. The results showed: tourism destination residents' perception has a significant impact on tourism economic benefits as well as the residents' satisfaction tourism cultural facilities construction, while residents' perception and satisfaction has little impact on tourism development and tourists' satisfac- tion. Accordingly, the local government should respect and consider destination residents' demands and distribute appropriately tourism economic benefit to improve their satisfaction. With creation of tourism culture of local characteristics and intensified efforts to the construction of tourist facilities, the residents' may attached greater importance to future tourism development and tourists' satisfaction, thus to promote a better tourism development
