摘　　要：微课程支持碎片式、主题式和移动式学习受到越来越多的关注,但由于缺乏有效地创建、管理、分享微课程的平台,影响了微课程的推广应用。研究从Web2.0的社会化和去中心化的本质出发,在分析了微课程设计与制作原理的基础上,探讨了利用微博平台设计与开发微课程的可行性与方法,并进行了实例研究,探索了新型的微课程开发与应用模式。Microlecture, supporting pieces, theme and mobile learning, are getting more and more attention. But the lack of effectively managing, creating and sharing platform for microlecture affects its popularization and application. This research from the Web2.0 community and to the center of the core essence, discusses the feasibility and method of designing and developing microlecture on the platform of microblog, based on the analysis of the microlecture designing and producing principle. And further this research has made a case study. The research explores the mode of development and application for microlecture.
