摘  要:采用北虫草菌种接种家蚕幼虫进行蚕虫草的人工栽培试验,调查菌种、家蚕品系、孢子数量对家蚕幼虫接种后的感染情况。结果表明:家蚕幼虫接种北虫草菌种之后,随着感染率的增加体重逐日下降,大批感染的时间一般都集中在第3~7天;菌种是决定人工栽培是否成功的主要因素,蚕品种的影响不大,日系原蚕对北虫草菌种的感染率略高于杂交蚕;采用孢子数量多的孢子液接种,家蚕的感染速度快且感染率高,孢子液的孢子数量以106/mL范围以上较好。The artificial cultivation test of silkworm cordyceps was conducted with Cordyceps militaris strains inoculating mulberry silkworm larva .The effects of different strains , spore numbers and silkworm strains on the infection after inoculation were investigated .The results indicated that the weight of silkworm larva decreased with the increase of infection ratio .Most of the silkworm larva were infected from the 3rd to the 7th day.The Cordyceps militaris strain was the main influencing factor .The silkworm strain had little effect on the infection .The infection ratio of Japanese parent silkworm was a little higher than that of hybrid . The more spore number the spore liquid had , the faster the infection speed was , and the higher the infection ratio was.The spore number of spore liquid was better of over 106 per milliliter.
