基于震后生态恢复重建的土地整理模式研究

摘　　要：分析了土地整理对区域生态安全的影响以及影响土地整理的基础条件,提出了基于生态恢复重建的3种土地整理模式。研究结果表明,平原丘陵地震灾区土地整理应以农村居民点整理为主,科学选址,注重地质灾害的防治和避让;地处山区的地震灾区土地整理应搞好山区小流域土地综合整治,以水土流失治理为核心,突出生态效益,搞好损毁耕地的复垦、恢复,重建土地生态环境。This paper analyzed the impact of land consolidation on regional ecological security, and the impact of land consolidation on the basis of the conditions, put forward three kinds of land consolidation mode based on the ecological restoration and reconstruction. The results showed that ： Firstly, plain and hilly earthquake - stricken areas should be rural residential land consolidation the main, science site, focusing on prevention and avoidance of geological disasters. Secondly, located in the mountains of the earthquake - stricken areas of land consolidation should improve the com- prehensive improvement of small watershed land, to control soil erosion at the core, highlighting the ecological benefits. Thirdly, to improve damaged farmland rehabilitation, restoration and reconstruction of land ecological environment.
