摘　　要：《国际商法》是商务英语专业的一门核心课程,与法律专业的《国际商法》名称相同。通过对教学内容和教学方法两方面的比较,可以看出虽然能指相同,但所指有异,其所负载的内涵和所采用的方法其实各有依归。并由此可以得出结论:商务英语专业中《国际商法》教材的编写应有商务英语专业的特色。International Business Law （IBT） is a fundamental course to the major of Business English. In name, IBT shares with that in the major of Law. From the perspectives of contrast and comparison in both teaching contents and methods, characteristically speaking, IBT takes different signified under the mask of the same signifier. Naturally, the textbooks for the major of Business English hold their own standpoints departing from those for the major of Law.
