摘　　要：要培养高素质劳动者和高技能人才就要不断拓宽思路,加强人才培养模式的改革力度。实践环节是学生接触社会,了解实际工作需要,掌握岗位工作技能,实现高技能型人才培养目标所必需的环节。课外实践活动是课内实践教学的有效补充和延伸,它因时间灵活,项目多样、方法独特而普遍受到学生的欢迎。To cultivate high-quality workers and high skilled talent, we should continuously broaden our thinking and strengthen personnel training reform mode. Practice is a key joint for the student to contact society; to understand the actual need of work and master the job skills and to realize the goal of training high skilled talents. Extracurricular activities are the effective supplement and extension of the practice teaching in the course. Because of its fl exible time; diverse projects and unique methods, it is welcome by the students.
