摘  要:太极拳是中华民族的优秀文化遗产,是一种不可多得的修身养性的体育形式,它作为一项传统体育项目被越来越多的人所关注。文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法对太极拳的健身作用进行分析。太极拳有健身、平衡心理和提高精神境界的作用,对太极拳进行普及可以使人们的生理和心理素质都得到提高。太极拳是一种重要的健身与预防疾病的手段,它对身体各部位都具有良好的影响和促进作用:它强调阴阳平衡,内修外练,注重发挥"调心"的作用;形、气、神融合一体,从内到外,从动到静,养练结合,使人的心理和情绪达到安逸和稳定;净化心灵,宁静致远,让人与自然、个人与集体、局部与整体达到和谐统一,对人的心理健康和健全人格的形成起到一定的积极作用。Taijiquan is excellent culture of the Chinese national heritage, is a rare cultivating and moralizing form of sports. As a traditional sport, it is paid more and more attention by people. Through the Taijiquan fitness mental state, practicing Taijiquan can improve the balance of body function, thus makes the people of pervasive physiological and psychological quality improved. Taijiquan is a kind of important fitness and disease prevention effective means for body parts, it has good effect and stimulating effect. It stresses the balance of Yin and Yang, inside and outside improvement, paying attention to and the practice of "self-aligning" role, form, breath, spirit fusion, from inside to outside, driven to static, keep practicing combination to make mental and emotional stability and purify the mind at ease, halcyon send far, make the person and nature, individual and collective, partial and the whole achieve harmony, to mental health and play a positive role in the sound personality forming.
