体育院系排球专选课二传手的培养与训练研究

摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对排球专选二传手的培养与训练进行研究,为体育院校排球专选课更合理的对二传手的培养与训练教学提供一定的方法。研究显示:排球专选课学生从心理角度看具有强烈的竞争意识。求知欲强,乐于接受新鲜事物具有独立性,坦诚直率。在困难和挫折面前有较强的耐受打击等心理特征;二传手应具备的基本功有眼功、手功、腰功、腿功四个方面;二传手不仅需要有较强的技术,更需要保持清醒的头脑和敏锐的分析能力从而发挥其组织、指挥作用。With the methods of document and logical analysis, this article studies the cultivation and training on the setter in volleyball selective course, supplies a more reasonable method for the cultivation and training on the setter in volleyball selective course. According to the study： the students in volleyball selective course have obtained more sense of competition, stronger aspiration to knowledge, better sense to accept novelty, more independence and candor, which help them to face the difficulties and frustrations. The basic skills for the setter include： skills of eyes, skills of hands / arms, skills of waist and skill of legs. The setter does not only need the stronger skills, but also need to keep the mind clear and sharp analytical ability so that they can play the role to organize and instruct the team.
