2-呋喃甲醛缩苯甲酰腙镍、铬配合物的合成与抑菌活性

摘  要:通过2-呋喃甲醛与苯甲酰肼缩合得到酰腙配体2-呋喃甲醛缩苯甲酰腙(L)。将L与NiCl2·6H2O、CrCl3·9H2O分别在乙醇与丙酮的混合溶剂中反应,采用溶剂挥发法获得2个不同构型的新型配合物NiL2和CrL3的单晶。采用元素分析、红外光谱、X-射线单晶衍射等手段对配合物NiL2和CrL3进行结构表征,配合物NiL2和CrL3均属于单斜晶系,空间群都为C2/c。NiL2属于平面四方构型,CrL3属于四角双锥构型。热重测试表明配合物NiL2和CrL3均有很好的热稳定性。采用琼脂扩散法测定了配体和配合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌的抑制活性,结果显示配合物NiL2对金色葡萄球菌有显著的抑制活性。A novel acylhydrazone ligand, 2-furaldehyde benzoylhydrazone (L), was synthesized from 2-furancarbaldehyde and benzoyl hydrazine. Two metal complexes of NiL2 and CrL3 were synthesized from L reacting with NiCl2 · 6H2O and CrCl3· 9H2O in a mixed solvent of ethanol and acetone. The single crys- tals of NiL2 and CrL3 were obtained through a solvent evaporation method. The complexes NiL2 and CrL3 were characterized by EA, FF-IR and XRD techniques. Both NiL2 and CrL3 crystallize in the monoclinic system with a space group of C2/c. However, the complex NiL2 has a square planar configuration whereas the complex CrL3 has a distorted octahedral configuration. These two complexes are thermally stable. The ligand and its metal complexes were screened for their antibacterial activities by an agar diffusion method The experimental results showed that the complex NiLE had a very significant antibacterial activity to Staph- ylococcus aureus.
