摘　　要：目的对浙江产萍蓬草挥发油的化学成分进行分析。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析其挥发油成分。结果从浙江金华产萍蓬草挥发油中检出29个色谱峰,鉴定了29个,占挥发油总量的100%。挥发油主要成分为去氧萍蓬草碱(37.19%)、十六烷酸(14.20%)、麝香吡啶(15.17%)等。结论通过对萍蓬草挥发油的分析,为其进一步开发提供了科学依据。Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Nuphar pumilum （ Hoffm. ） DC. made in Zhe- jiang. Methods The volatile oil was extracted by water - steam distillation and analyzed by GC - MS with capillary gas chromato- graphic column. Results Twenty nine chromatographic peaks were detected, all of these compounds have been identified. The contents of them made up 100% of the total volatile oil of Nuphar pumilum （ Hoffm. ） DC. The main components in the volatile oil of Nuphar pumilum （ Hoffm. ） DC. were deoxynupharidine （ 37.19% ）, hexadeeanoic acid （ 14.20% ） and muscopyridine （ 15. 17% ） ,etc. Conclusion By analyzing the essential oil from Nuphar pumilum （Hoffm.）DC, the scientific foundations were provid- ed for further development.
