摘　　要：目的建立新疆阿合奇地区柯尔克孜族健康人群胃蛋白酶原参考范围。方法采用时间分辨荧光免疫分析法对792例健康人群血清中胃蛋白酶原PGⅠ和PGⅡ的含量进行测定,并计算PGⅠ/Ⅱ值。结果 792例健康者血清中的PGⅠ、PGⅡ和PGⅠ/Ⅱ值均呈明显偏态分布。血清中PG含量与年龄无相关性,PGⅠ和PGⅠ/Ⅱ与性别显著相关,但PGⅡ与性别无相关性。血清中PGⅠ、PGⅡ和PGⅠ/Ⅱ的参考范围分别为34.06∽301.24μg/L、小于或等于28.35μg/L、大于或等于3.30。结论采用时间分辨荧光免疫分析法,建立适合该地区健康人群血清中胃蛋白酶原参考范围,有利于提高对胃相关疾病的阳性检出率,促进胃蛋白酶原血清学检测在该地区的发展。Objective To establish the reference range of pepsinogen in healthy population of Kirgiz tribe in Aheqi county of Xinjiang .Methods We detected the serum pepsinogen PG Ⅰ and PG Ⅱ levels by real-time fluorescence immunoassay in 792 cases of healthy population and calculated the values of PG Ⅰ /PG Ⅱ .Results The serum level of PG Ⅰ ,PG Ⅱ and the value of PG Ⅰ /PG Ⅱ showed a significantly skewed distribution in 792 cases of healthy population .The serum levels of PG had no significant correlation with age ,PG Ⅰ and PG Ⅰ / Ⅱ was significantly associated with gender ,but PG Ⅱ had no significant difference with gender .The reference ranges of serum PG Ⅰ ,PG Ⅱ and PG Ⅰ / Ⅱ were 34 .06 ~ 301 .24 μg/L ,≤ 28 .35 μg/L and ≥ 3 .30 respectively .Conclusion To establish the suitable reference range of pepsinogen by real-time fluorescence immunoassay in healthy population of this region will heip to improve the positive rate of stomach-related diseases ,and promote the development of pepsinogen serological test in this region .
