摘　　要：建立了顶空-气相色谱/质谱（HS-GC/MS）法测定溶剂型木器涂料中卤代烃含量的方法。采用HS-GC/MS测定了二氯甲烷、1,1-二氯乙烷、三氯甲烷、1,1,1-三氯乙烷、四氯化碳、1,2-二氯乙烷、1,1,2-三氯乙烷7种化合物,样品经丙酮稀释,外标法定量。结果表明：7种卤代烃含量在0.05～500 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数（r^2）大于0.994,定量限为0.05～0.2 mg/kg。加标回收率64.4%～107.7%,相对标准偏差为4.1%～11%（n=6）。方法已用于溶剂型木器涂料中卤代烃的定性、定量分析。An effective method was developed and applied to the determination of halogenated hydrocarbon compound contents including methylene chloride,1,1-dichloroethane,chloroform,1,1,1-trichloroethane,1,2-dichloroethane,carbon tetrachloride,1,1,2-trichloroethane from solvent based coatings for woodenware using headspace-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry（HS-GC/MS）.Samples were diluted with acetone,and the external calibration was used for the quantification.The results showed good linearity with the correlation coefficients（r^2） higher than 0.994 in the range of 0.05 ～500 mg/L,the limits of quantification（LOQ） were from 0.05 to 0.2 mg/kg.The recoveries ranged from 64.4% to 107.7% with the relative standard deviations（RSDs） between 4.1% and 10.7%（n = 6）.This method is simple,rapid,sensitive,and can be used for quantitative and qualitative analysis of halogenated hydrocarbon compounds in solvent based coatings for woodenware.
